Public Art > Radiant

In Radiant, I invite viewers to experience a fusion of light and movement inspired by nature and the festive spirit of winter. Installed along Woodruff Park’s central path, the towering conical sculptures spiral upward, resembling pine trees swaying in the wind. Warm, glowing light emanates from each structure, creating a dynamic interplay of form and light that blends organic rhythms with technological precision. Drawing on my background as both a musician and visual artist, the design of Radiant hums with harmony, resonating with the energy of the holiday season. As visitors walk through the park, the piece offers a reflective moment, connecting them with the beauty of seasonal transitions and the joy of shared spaces of light.

This piece was done in collaboration and with support from ADID and Dashboard

The opening featured an interactive dance performance by Bauzant Here and music composed by Dan Carey Bailey.
